Admittedly, I thought this tapas bar looked a bit touristy from the outside but the food is absolutely incredible.  As with any tapas, order a few (three to four dishes per person), and share with friends.  The croquettas are delicious as you would expect of any potato, ham and cheese fried ball of goodness, but the real surprise is the patatas bravas.  Not like home fries at all, the patatas bravas are cylindrical in shape and elegantly presented with a dollop of zesty mayonnaise on top.  With a group of four, we ordered about four servings of these by the time the night was over.  Tendido Cero will definitely be a standard when friends and family come to visit.  Mini-Barcelona reunion in London, anyone?

  1. I’m excited to go to this and ALL of these places when I come visit…except of course the accommodations. I’m making a reservation at Casa de Jenny.
